HULU SELANGOR, May 30 — An elderly man pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Kubu Baharu Magistrate's Court today to a charge of displaying a picture of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, during the recent by-election campaign.
